Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews exited during the second quarter of the Week 3 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys due to a hand injury. The Ravens officially announced that Andrews was questionable to return. Prior to his departure, Andrews recorded one catch for nine yards on three targets, while also contributing as a blocker alongside tight end Durham Smythe.

In Andrews' absence, Baltimore turned to rookie tight ends Matthew Hibner and Josh Cuevas in the passing game. Cuevas caught a 14-yard pass from quarterback Lamar Jackson, setting up a 27-yard field goal by Tyler Loop to help Baltimore establish a 17-13 halftime lead.
