Mike Vrabel was quick to shut down Buffalo Bills safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson's postgame comments on Efton Chism.

New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel responded to Buffalo Bills safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson following the Patriots' victory on Sunday. Gardner-Johnson had dismissed a spectacular one-handed catch by New England wide receiver Efton Chism as a fluke, calling him a practice squad player who would not replicate the feat. Vrabel fired back on The Greg Hill Show, mocking Gardner-Johnson's frequent team changes throughout his career.
Writer Michael Haney argues that Gardner-Johnson had no reason to disparage Chism and that Buffalo must quickly refocus. Haney notes that despite the loss, the Bills remain atop the AFC East but face a demanding four-game stretch against the Rams, Raiders, Ravens, and Vikings.
