Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble limped off the field on the very first play against the Detroit Lions in Week 4. Tremble was tackled after catching a pass from Bryce Young, leading trainers to examine him for an apparent lower-body injury on the sideline.
Despite the early injury scare, Tremble avoided the blue medical tent and returned to action on Carolina's second offensive drive. The Panthers also have tight ends Darren Waller and Mitchell Evans available on the depth chart.
