The Chicago Bears plan to start quarterback Caleb Williams against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6 following a three-game absence. Williams was sidelined after suffering a torn hamstring against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 2. He returned as a full participant in all three practices this week, passed a final stress test, and experienced no setbacks ahead of Sunday's matchup.
While the Bears went 2-1 with Tyson Bagent and Case Keenum, the offense struggled with deep passes and red zone efficiency. Although hamstring injuries carry re-injury risks, Williams noted that he recorded one of his fastest sprint speeds during practice and is ready to play a full 60-minute game.
