Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams has been out since Week 2, but it looks like he is poised to make his return in Week 6 against the Atlanta Falcons.

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams is targeting a return to action in Week 6 against the Atlanta Falcons, according to NFL insider Mike Garafolo. Williams suffered a grade 2 hamstring strain during a Week 2 loss to the Minnesota Vikings and returned to practice in a limited capacity on Friday. Although head coach Ben Johnson ruled Williams out for the Week 5 game against the Green Bay Packers and named Tyson Bagent the starter, multiple sources indicate Williams is pushing to play the following week.
Prior to his injury, Williams posted 407 passing yards, 107 rushing yards, and four total touchdowns across two games. Anthony Miller of Bear Goggles On argues that Chicago must remain cautious to avoid re-aggravating the injury, noting that Williams relies heavily on his athleticism and scrambling ability to be effective.
