The Chicago Bears have activated defensive back Kyler Gordon from the Physically Unable to Perform list and placed defensive lineman Dayo Odeyingbo on injured reserve with a quad injury. Gordon had missed the start of the season while rehabbing an offseason calf injury, participating fully in nine practices over the past three weeks ahead of Chicago's game against the Atlanta Falcons.
Odeyingbo, who will miss at least four games, currently ranks second on the team with three sacks. In additional roster moves, the Bears signed defensive back Nick McCloud to the 53-man roster, released safety Xavier Woods, and elevated linebacker Buddy Johnson and running back Zavier Scott from the practice squad.
