Windy City Gridiron's Gary Baugher Jr evaluated Chicago Bears quarterback Tyson Bagent's Week 5 performance against the Green Bay Packers, awarding him his lowest-ever adjusted game grade of -10.20. In Chicago's 31-7 loss at Lambeau Field, Bagent completed 12 of 21 passes for 87 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions before head coach Ben Johnson benched him for Case Keenum after three quarters.
Baugher argues that Bagent struggled significantly with processing, accuracy, and field vision, failing to capitalize on open receivers throughout the contest. Xavier McKinney intercepted both of Bagent's errant throws, contributing to five total turnovers for Chicago as Jordan Love led Green Bay with 367 passing yards and two touchdowns.
