We are going to add a little injury to insult. Obviously the insult is the Dallas Cowboys losing to the formerly winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers. At home. Against a rookie UDFA replacement quarterback. I probably didn’t need to remind you…

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and offensive tackle Tyler Guyton both suffered injuries during the team's loss against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Lamb aggravated a quad injury after taking a hit in the same spot as the prior week, finishing with two catches for nine yards. Meanwhile, Guyton exited the contest late in the fourth quarter due to an issue with his back.
Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer reported that initial X-rays on Guyton looked positive, though the team plans to run further tests. Lamb returned for a few snaps after his injury, suggesting the setback may not be severe. The Cowboys will have extra recovery time before facing the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night in Week 6.
