The rockers appeared to stick with the disputed stage act.

My Chemical Romance reportedly continued using look-alike Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders uniforms during their Hollywood Bowl show on October 23, defying legal action. The performance came hours after Pro Silver Star Ltd., owner of the cheerleaders, filed for a temporary restraining order and injunction following an October 21 concert that featured dancers in replica uniforms engaging in a staged firefight.
According to court filings, a cease-and-desist letter was issued on October 22 after dancers armed with rifles staged being shot and crawling offstage. The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders' owners stated they do not seek to alter the band's creative show, but rather protect their federally registered trademark uniform design.
