Dallas is 2-4 and while the defense has been an issue all season, the offense has struggled the past two weeks.

Dallas Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones stated Monday that the franchise “absolutely” believes in head coach Brian Schottenheimer despite a difficult 2-4 start to the season. Following a 23-13 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night, Jones affirmed that Schottenheimer still has the locker room and that the coaching staff has the organization's full backing.
Schottenheimer acknowledged the offensive struggles and stated that he is focused on turning the season around. Jones also expressed optimism regarding progress under defensive coordinator Christian Parker, adding that the Cowboys remain open to making aggressive roster moves following their recent trade for cornerback Joey Porter Jr.
