Lions Make Final Jack Campbell Call in Latest Injury Update

The Detroit Lions placed linebacker Jack Campbell on the injured reserve list on Saturday, November 7. The team did not clarify whether Campbell was placed on short-term or season-ending IR, but he previously reported having full lower-body movement while working toward upper-body mobility.

Alongside the move, Detroit signed defensive back Nick Whiteside and elevated Anthony Lucas and Jabari Small from the practice squad. Max Dible writes that Detroit may seek defensive help via trade, noting reported interest in Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Riq Woolen.
