The Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers have released their Week 7 injury designations ahead of their matchup at Ford Field. Detroit reported no players ruled out, while the Packers ruled out defensive captain and linebacker Zaire Franklin due to a shin injury sustained on Thursday.
