The Green Bay Packers conducted tryouts for four free agents on Tuesday, working out linebackers Deion Jones and Chris Paul alongside cornerbacks Cobee Bryant and Dwight McGlothern. No signings were immediately reported following the workouts. The team is evaluating depth at linebacker following an Achilles rupture suffered by starter Edgerrin Cooper.
Both Green Bay's 53-man active roster and practice squad are currently full, meaning a corresponding move would be required to sign any of the players. Jones previously earned a Pro Bowl selection with the Atlanta Falcons, where he crossed paths with Packers head coach Matt LaFleur.
