Travis Hunter produced a historic two-way performance for the Jacksonville Jaguars despite their 34-31 defeat to the Houston Texans at Wembley Stadium. Hunter recorded four receptions for 59 yards and a touchdown while also intercepting Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud in the end zone. The feat made him only the fourth player since the 1970 merger to catch a touchdown and record an interception in the same game.
Head coach Liam Coen indicated Hunter's offensive role could expand following Jacksonville's bye week. Hunter played a season-high nine offensive snaps and allowed just five yards across 34 coverage snaps defensively. Meanwhile, wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. was benched at halftime after dropping a pass, which could create further offensive opportunities for Hunter moving forward.
