The Jacksonville Jaguars are still counting on wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. to make plays, based on head coach Liam Coen's remarks.

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Liam Coen stated that wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. remains part of the team's plans and is expected to contribute against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 7. Despite circulating trade speculation ahead of the deadline, Coen expressed support for Thomas, noting that the receiver continues to work hard and care about winning.
Black and Teal's Carlos Sanchez argues that trading Thomas might still be the best move for Jacksonville, citing his recent struggles with inconsistency and reduced offensive role behind Travis Hunter and Josh Cameron. Sanchez suggests the Jaguars could seek draft capital similar to the second-round pick recently traded for Marvin Harrison Jr.
