The Chiefs failed to earn any style points in Week 6, but they're 5-0 and that's what matters most.

The Kansas City Chiefs improved to 5-0 on Sunday with a 22-6 home victory over the Los Angeles Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium. Writer Matt Conner notes that while the win lacked style points, it maintained head coach Andy Reid's strong post-bye record and kept Kansas City atop the AFC West. Running back Kenneth Walker led the offense with 19 carries for 128 yards and two touchdowns.
Despite the victory, Conner highlights several lingering concerns for the Chiefs, including repeated short-yardage failures and mounting injuries across the offensive line. The writer also argues that Kansas City needs a new returner following Nikko Remigio's fumble, and points out self-inflicted mistakes, including a Patrick Mahomes interception and an ejection for Chris Roland-Wallace.
