The Kansas City Chiefs are signing veteran kicker Justin Tucker to their practice squad following a workout, according to reports from Sam McDowell and Ian Rapoport. Tucker, an eight-time All-Pro who spent 13 seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, joins the team as current starting kicker Harrison Butker struggles with an 11-of-16 field goal record across the first six games of the season.
Tucker reportedly made all 30 field goal attempts during his tryout with the Chiefs. The 36-year-old had been out of the NFL following a 10-game league suspension in 2025 and his subsequent release from Baltimore, but he could potentially challenge for the starting kicking role if Butker's struggles persist.
