Omarr Norman-Lott remains an intriguing unknown for a Chiefs defensive front that doesn't need to rush him back.

Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Omarr Norman-Lott is eligible to be activated after missing the required first four regular-season games on the physically unable to perform list. Norman-Lott, the Chiefs' 2025 second-round draft pick, suffered a torn ACL in Week 7 of his rookie campaign against the Las Vegas Raiders and was sidelined for the remainder of that season.
Matt Conner notes that returning from the reserve/PUP list will not count toward Kansas City's eight in-season activation allowances. Conner also emphasizes that the 4-0 Chiefs have enough defensive interior depth to ease Norman-Lott back gradually once he begins practicing.
