The Kansas City Chiefs released their second official injury report ahead of their Week 3 road matchup against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. Safety Chamarri Conner was a limited participant for the second consecutive day due to a knee issue, with head coach Andy Reid noting the staff is easing him back into action.
Left tackle Josh Simmons missed practice again with a back injury and has not practiced since training camp. Defensive tackle Chris Jones and cornerback L'Jarius Sneed remained limited, while defensive end Felix Anudike-Uzomah and quarterback Patrick Mahomes practiced fully on Thursday.
