The Las Vegas Raiders' defensive tackle unit has been a sore spot during the three-game losing streak, and it could be an issue throughout the 2026 NFL season.

Marcus Johnson of Just Blog Baby argues that the Las Vegas Raiders' defensive tackles are struggling to generate interior pressure, harming the overall defense during a three-game losing streak. While Las Vegas ranks 10th in the NFL with a 41 percent pressure rate, the team sits 31st in sack percentage. Johnson notes that edge rusher Maxx Crosby is lacking adequate interior support to finish plays.
Among Raiders defensive tackles, only Thomas Booker holds a pass-rush win rate above 10 percent, while Tonka Hemingway remains sidelined with a concussion. Johnson suggests shifting defensive end Kwity Paye inside or seeking a trade target such as DeForest Buckner to help resolve the issue.
