FanSided's Justin Carter proposed a trade idea sending Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle Vita Vea to the Las Vegas Raiders. Under the proposed trade pitch, the Raiders would acquire Vea in exchange for a 2027 third-round draft pick and quarterback Aidan O'Connell ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline.
Carter argued the move would strengthen the Raiders' interior defensive line and relieve pressure on edge rusher Maxx Crosby during a potential playoff push. Meanwhile, the proposal suggests Tampa Bay could evaluate O'Connell as a potential long-term backup behind quarterback Baker Mayfield.
