Chargers Head Coach Jim Harbaugh said the team is "still evaluating" some injuries after Sunday's game in Seattle

Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh provided key injury updates on Monday following the team's Week 4 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Offensive tackles Rashawn Slater and Joe Alt are both undergoing evaluation, with Harbaugh noting that Slater faces a higher possibility of landing on injured reserve due to an ankle injury. Alt exited the game with a neck injury, leaving the Chargers to rely heavily on rookie offensive linemen.
On defense, safety Derwin James and cornerback Donte Jackson are considered week-to-week as they nurse hamstring injuries, though James is not an injured reserve candidate. Wide receiver Ladd McConkey also remains hampered by a foot issue. Facing an 0-4 start, the Chargers are preparing to host the Denver Broncos in Week 5.
