The Chargers will play their second straight game without their top tackle duo on Sunday.

Los Angeles Chargers right tackle Joe Alt remains sidelined with a neck injury and has been ruled out against the Kansas City Chiefs. Head coach Jim Harbaugh previously announced that Alt would meet with a specialist for testing, but he provided no new updates by Friday. Alt has now missed six consecutive practices across two weeks following a collision against Seattle.
Alt has avoided injured reserve so far, unlike left tackle Rashawn Slater, who is out until at least Week 10 following ankle surgery. Backup linemen Travis Burke and Alex Harkey are currently starting in their place.
