Rams head coach Sean McVay discusses the latest on cornerback Jaylen Watson (shoulder) and defensive end Aaron Donald (back) heading into Week 5 against the Bills, and explains the decision to place tight end Terrance Ferguson (ankle) on Injured Reserve

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay announced optimism that cornerback Jaylen Watson and defensive end Aaron Donald will return for Monday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills. Watson missed Week 4 with a dislocated shoulder, while Donald was sidelined due to back soreness. McVay indicated Watson could play if practicing with a shoulder harness goes well.
McVay also clarified that tight end Terrance Ferguson was placed on Injured Reserve because of a severe medial ankle sprain, though he expects Ferguson to return this season. Meanwhile, wide receiver Konata Mumpfield and cornerback Emmanuel Forbes Jr. suffered minor contusions against Philadelphia, but their statuses are not considered concerning.
