Sean McVay and the Los Angeles Rams received a noteworthy update regarding star edge defender Myles Garrett.

There is renewed optimism that Los Angeles Rams star Myles Garrett will return to practice during the upcoming week. NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport stated on November 1 that Garrett is anticipated to return to practice and should take the field relatively quickly. Garrett has been sidelined since Week 1 after having arthroscopic knee surgery in September.
Garrett will miss his seventh game of the season on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. Practicing would allow the Rams to officially open Garrett's 21-day practice window before activating him from injured reserve, potentially setting him up to face the Washington Commanders in Week 9.
