Rams poach safety Maximus Pulley from Eagles

The Los Angeles Rams have signed undrafted free agent safety Maximus Pulley to their 53-man active roster directly from the Philadelphia Eagles' practice squad. To create an open roster spot for the acquisition, the Rams placed running back Ronnie Rivers on injured reserve following an injury he sustained during a Monday night matchup against the New York Giants.

Pulley played college football at Wofford College in the FCS, recording 185 total tackles, seven interceptions, and three defensive touchdowns across 34 games. The defensive back provides depth in pass coverage and is projected to contribute immediately on special teams.
