The NFL Schedule and a Vikings Cheering Guide for Week 5 Uplifts the Jets, Bears, and Bills

Vikings Territory writer K. Joudry offers a prescriptive Week 5 cheering guide advising Minnesota Vikings fans on which teams to support across the slate. The recommendations aim to favor Minnesota's playoff positioning, potential trade deadline opportunities, and rivalries, suggesting fans back teams such as the New York Jets, Chicago Bears, and Buffalo Bills.

Among the matchups, Joudry encourages cheering for the Bears over the Green Bay Packers due to historical rivalry, and backing the Seattle Seahawks against the San Francisco 49ers so Minnesota can take the top spot in the NFC. Additionally, the writer highlights the AFC's Baltimore Ravens over the Atlanta Falcons to benefit NFC standings.
