The Story in 60 Seconds

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jauan Jennings has been proposed as a potential trade target for the Miami Dolphins ahead of the November 10 deadline. Devon Platana of Minnesota Vikings on SI suggested the move after NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported that trade discussions surrounding Jennings are expected to increase. Jennings, who signed a one-year, $8 million deal with Minnesota in the offseason, has recorded just two catches for nine yards through four games.

Platana argues that Miami offers Jennings a prime opportunity to revive his season and establish value before entering free agency. A trade would also reunite the wideout with Dolphins offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik, who previously coached Jennings during his early career with the San Francisco 49ers.
