The Story in 60 Seconds

The Athletic's Daniel Popper identified Philadelphia Eagles defensive lineman Moro Ojomo as a potential trade fit for the Minnesota Vikings ahead of the NFL trade deadline. With Ojomo on an expiring contract and heading toward free agency, Popper highlighted Minnesota as a premier landing spot to bolster interior pass rush. The 25-year-old was previously projected by SI's Jeff Kerr to command a four-year, $92 million deal on the open market.

Dave Holcomb of Heavy reports that Ojomo could serve as a short-term rental to strengthen Minnesota's playoff push alongside Jalen Redmond. Through the first six weeks, Ojomo recorded 13 tackles, three quarterback hits, and 15 pressures. Ojomo also brings championship experience, having played 25 snaps during Philadelphia's Super Bowl LIX victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.
