The Minnesota Vikings have been urged to make a trade call on one of the NFL's top running backs with Jordan Mason still injured.

Dustin Baker of Vikes Now has suggested the Minnesota Vikings inquire about trading for Indianapolis Colts Pro Bowl running back Jonathan Taylor ahead of the November 10 deadline. The proposal comes as Minnesota leans heavily on 32-year-old Aaron Jones Sr. while running back Jordan Mason recovers from a fractured thumb.
Baker argues the Colts might consider moving Taylor to recoup draft capital after trading future first-round picks to the New York Jets. However, Taylor recently signed a two-year, $44 million extension, and Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell indicated that Mason is expected to return following the team's upcoming bye week.
