"This is business as normal here, so I don't know where a lot of these things come from. Certainly not from any conversations with me."
Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel addressed rumors on Wednesday regarding potential trade talks involving Christian Barmore and Carlton Davis. Responding to a report from Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer, Vrabel dismissed the speculation, stating that the information did not come from him and emphasizing that it is business as normal for the 5-3 team ahead of their matchup with Green Bay.
Breer reported that Barmore is available and Davis could be moved as the Patriots navigate roster age and salary concerns ahead of the deadline. Vrabel stated he does not address trade rumors with players, preferring instead to focus entirely on coaching technique and daily team improvement.
