The New England Patriots are preparing to face Miami Dolphins quarterback Malik Willis for the first time on Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium. Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel has extensive familiarity with Willis, having drafted him in the third round out of Liberty when coaching the Tennessee Titans in 2022.
After stints with Tennessee and Green Bay, Willis joined Miami on a three-year, $67.5 million contract under head coach Jeff Hafley. Through six games with the Dolphins, Willis has recorded 1,057 passing yards, four passing touchdowns, and three rushing touchdowns, earning praise from Vrabel for his development.
