The New England Patriots are set to travel to Miami to face the Dolphins on Sunday following their mini-bye week. The Dolphins enter Week 8 with a 1-5 record under new head coach Jeff Hafley and starting quarterback Malik Willis, but they recently earned their first victory of the season against the New York Jets.
Miami is navigating a full rebuild featuring six rookie starters and the loss of running back De'Von Achane to a season-ending injury. Rookie running back Ollie Gordon II has stepped into the lead rushing role, while the Dolphins defense ranks among the bottom of the league against the pass.
