The Mayes keep showing up at Market Baskets. Fans can’t get enough.

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye drew massive crowds at an MB Spirits adjacent to Market Basket in Chelsea, Massachusetts, on Tuesday. The meet-and-greet came shortly after his wife, Ann Michael, hosted her own popular event at a Market Basket in North Andover. Fans lined up as early as 4 a.m. wearing jerseys and team merchandise to take photos and collect autographed posters.

Maye made the appearance on behalf of non-alcoholic beer maker Athletic Brewing, where he and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott became athlete-owners in September. Maye, who mentioned he rarely drinks alcohol, spent roughly an hour and fifteen minutes engaging with enthusiastic fans before heading home.
