"Blitzing is one of those things that doesn't stop until you show that you have the answers for it."

The New Orleans Saints offense expects future opponents to continue heavily blitzing following issues against aggressive defensive schemes this season. Ahead of Sunday's game against the New York Giants, Saints quarterback Tyler Shough has been sacked 13 times, hit 39 times, and turned the ball over eight times, with head coach Kellen Moore noting opponents will replicate tactics until the team solves them.
Minnesota held New Orleans to 87 net passing yards using a 70 percent blitz rate, while New York has blitzed on 56.6 percent of opponent dropbacks over their last two games. Center Erik McCoy stressed the blitzes will continue until the offense executes protection answers and establishes the run.
