Jets Running Back a Full Participant in Practice Thursday: 'I'm Ready to Play Sunday'

New York Jets running back Breece Hall is set to return for Sunday's Week 9 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. Hall sustained a quad injury against Detroit in Week 3 and fully practiced on Thursday for the first time since the injury. Hall stated that he is ready to play after overcoming lingering soreness and inflammation.
During Hall's absence, running back Braelon Allen rushed for 504 yards starting in Week 4, including a career-high 147 yards against the Raiders. Jets offensive coordinator Frank Reich confirmed that Hall remains the primary option, but both running backs will share backfield duties going forward.
