Leading a Draft Class That Is Crucial to a Green & White Turnaround…

New York Jets rookie wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr. believes the team is on the right track under head coach Aaron Glenn as they prepare to face the Miami Dolphins. After missing four games due to an ankle injury suffered in Week 1 against Tennessee, the first-round draft pick returned to action against the New England Patriots, catching six passes for 103 yards and a 48-yard touchdown from quarterback Geno Smith.
Cooper drew comparisons between the Jets' emerging culture and his college experience at Indiana, where he was part of a turnaround that culminated in a national championship. Cooper noted that the close-knit rookie draft class is contributing extensively across the roster under offensive coordinator Frank Reich, adding depth alongside receiver Garrett Wilson and tight end Kenyon Sadiq.
