The NFL could come down hard on players from both sides following the Cincinnati Bengals’ loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The NFL is reviewing Cincinnati Bengals players Boye Mafe and Myles Murphy for potential disciplinary action following their Week 4 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Both defensive players committed facemask infractions against Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten during the contest. Mafe and Murphy could each face standard league fines of up to $11,941 for a first offense or $17,911 for a second offense.
Several Jacksonville Jaguars players could also face fines following the matchup, including Arik Armstead for roughing the passer on Joe Burrow. Jaguars cornerback Jarrian Jones committed a facemask on wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase, who suffered a concussion on the play, while edge rusher Travon Walker drew a fourth-quarter taunting penalty.
