The Philadelphia Eagles announced their Week 5 inactives list against the Jacksonville Jaguars, officially ruling out edge rusher Jonathan Greenard due to an ankle injury. Greenard, who missed practice all week and was evaluated during pregame warmups, joins several key injured players sidelined for the contest, including Saquon Barkley, DeVonta Smith, Drew Kendall, Marcus Epps, and Hollywood Brown.
With Greenard sidelined, the Eagles will rely on edge rushers Jalyx Hunt, Nolan Smith, Arnold Ebiketie, and A.J. Epenesa. Meanwhile, practice squad call-up Jake Majors is set to make his first career start at center in place of Kendall, and running backs Will Shipley, Dameon Pierce, and Carson Steele are active in Barkley's absence.
