Philadelphia Eagles rookie wide receiver Makai Lemon faces an expanded role in Monday night's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. With key pass catchers DeVonta Smith, Dontayvion Wicks, and Dallas Goedert missing practice due to injuries, the Eagles may rely heavily on the first-round pick as both NFC East teams enter the contest at 2-4.
Selected 20th overall out of USC, Lemon has recorded 18 receptions for 127 yards while playing 72% of offensive snaps through six games. Lemon is also adjusting to backup quarterback Tanner McKee, who is starting after Jalen Hurts was sidelined for the remainder of the season with blood clots in his lungs.
