NFC Notes: DaRon Bland, J.J. McCarthy, Cowboys, Eagles, Giants

NFL notes highlight key developments across NFC teams, including the Dallas Cowboys demanding more consistency from veteran cornerback DaRon Bland. Cowboys defensive coordinator Christian Parker noted Bland must finish contested plays despite performing well on several snaps. Meanwhile, Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni addressed his team's six-game losing streak and 2-6 record following a Week 8 loss to the Washington Commanders.

Sirianni emphasized that he retains the full backing and steady communication of Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie amid the skid. Elsewhere, New York Giants quarterback J.J. McCarthy stated that he utilized the team's bye week to fully understand the playbook and master the offense.
