Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle Keeanu Benton did not participate in Wednesday's practice at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex due to an ankle injury. Benton's absence adds to the defensive line's injury concerns, with fellow defensive tackle Derrick Harmon currently on injured reserve for at least three more weeks due to a left foot injury.
Benton has registered 12 combined tackles and two quarterback hits across five games this season after signing a four-year, $72 million extension in August. Elsewhere on the injury report, cornerback Jalen Ramsey sat out with a wrist issue, while safety DeShon Elliott and Jamel Dean were limited participants.
