Can the Steelers’ new-look offensive line carry the offense? The Steelers inserted Max Iheanachor and Brock Hoffman into the starting offensive line, and suddenly the offense was cooking. Now, it’s not quite that simple, but undeniably, the line was the…

The Pittsburgh Steelers revamped the right side of their offensive line by inserting Max Iheanachor and Brock Hoffman into the starting unit. The strategic adjustment followed early-season offensive struggles, with Dylan Cook benched and Spencer Anderson sidelined while reportedly managing an injury. Against the Cincinnati Bengals, the newly configured line helped the offense generate 411 total yards, including 138 rushing yards and 273 passing yards, leading to a 30-point performance.
The improved protection provided quarterback Aaron Rodgers more time per dropback and allowed running back Jaylen Warren to break long runs. Pittsburgh had averaged only 75 rushing yards, 175 passing yards, and eight offensive points per game across the first two weeks under head coach Mike McCarthy. The lineup changes reflect ongoing roster turnover, with draft pick Gennings Dunker recently placed on injured reserve and former first-round selection Broderick Jones previously traded.
