The Pittsburgh Steelers released their initial Week 6 injury report ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with five players failing to practice on Wednesday. Defensive lineman Keeanu Benton (ankle) is a new addition to the report, while safety Jalen Ramsey (wrist), defensive lineman Cam Heyward (rest), wide receiver Ben Skowronek (calf), and wide receiver Roman Wilson (finger) also missed practice.
Head coach Mike McCarthy has already ruled Skowronek and Wilson out for Sunday's contest. Four Steelers participated in a limited capacity Wednesday: edge rusher T.J. Watt, running back Rico Dowdle, cornerback Jamel Dean, and safety DeShon Elliott.
