Purdy remains ahead of Patrick Mahomes and Jared Goff in the rankings' top tier.
In Week 5, Purdy threw for 189 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in a victory over the Seattle Seahawks. Through five games, he has completed 69 percent of his passes for 1,196 yards, 13 touchdowns, and two interceptions while keeping the 49ers undefeated atop the NFC West.
