Nick Bosa took a crucial step back toward a return to the field.

San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa returned to practice as a limited participant on Wednesday and declared he is "ready to go." Bosa has been sidelined since September 24 after pulling a calf muscle during team practice, which limited him to just two appearances this season.
Bosa's potential return coincides with the 49ers re-acquiring defensive lineman DeForest Buckner in a trade from the Indianapolis Colts. Head coach Kyle Shanahan also reported positive health progress for wide receiver Mike Evans, while running back Christian McCaffrey indicated he could return from a hamstring injury this week against the Las Vegas Raiders.
