The group’s demands extend beyond campaign cash. It wants to unseal the full arrest record.

Former Bay Area civic committee members Holly Roberts, Helen Narcisco, and Carolyn McAllister are pressuring Democratic politicians to return campaign donations from San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York. The campaign targets Rep. Ro Khanna, Rep. Sam Liccardo, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee following York's prostitution-related arrest, while also demanding the release of unsealed police and court records from Columbiana County.
York previously received a six-game suspension and a $500,000 fine from the NFL over the incident. The organizers are urging NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to reopen the case and impose harsher penalties, arguing that the fine is disproportionately small compared to fines levied against league head coaches.
