The 49ers lost for the first time in Week 7, and wins by the Seahawks and Rams made matters worse. Here's how the NFC West standings have changed.

The San Francisco 49ers suffered their first defeat of the season in Week 7, losing 29-20 to the Atlanta Falcons. The loss tightened the NFC West race as division rivals Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams both secured victories on Sunday. Seattle defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 20-3, while the Rams topped the Las Vegas Raiders 35-21.
Following losses by San Francisco and Kansas City, the 6-0 Minnesota Vikings became the NFL's only remaining undefeated team. The 6-1 49ers now enter their bye week before hosting the Raiders on November 8 at Levi's Stadium.
