Seahawks great Bobby Wagner won’t take the field for the first time in 15 seasons

Former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner remains unsigned and will not play in Week 3 as Seattle prepares to face the Washington Commanders. The matchup marks the third consecutive week of the season that the veteran linebacker has not been on an NFL field.

Wagner was ranked ninth among all NFL linebackers by Pro Football Focus in the previous season. Despite several teams struggling defensively and surrendering high point totals across the league, the veteran defender currently remains without a contract.
