ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith suggested on First Take that running back Kenneth Walker III was held back during his tenure with the Seattle Seahawks. Walker joined head coach Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs in free agency this summer after Seattle faced salary cap constraints, and he has quickly become a primary offensive weapon.
Smith pointed out that Walker previously had to share carries with Zach Charbonnet in Seattle but has now been unleashed. Through his first two games with Kansas City, Walker has recorded 290 rushing yards and 79 receiving yards as a top target for quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
